The Kaimanawa Legacy Kamp is being held to give riders the opportunity to make friends and have fun while learning new skills to improve their horse handling and/or riding. When you consent to attending this camp it is understood that there are risks involved with handling and riding horses and other outdoor activities that may be undertaken while you are at the Kamp. Riding can be a dangerous and unpredictable activity and while the KLF Board will make every endeavor to ensure the safety of you and your horses, they undertake no liability for any accident while at the camp or while being transported to and from the camp. This includes all activities undertaken throughout the duration of the camp of Kaimanawa Legacy Championships.

• To follow basic safety procedures when handling/riding horses
• Bring and use protection vests for cross country jumping
• To behave sensibly and consider the needs of others
